Unable to buy leads in Infinite Archive

I am currently trying to buy the Dov-Rha Sabaton Heel lead in the Infinite Archive. I have the required number Archival Fortunes (5000) and every DLC under the sun. Is this still a bug or am I missing something obvious? I'd like to get this solved before the lead changes over.

Tobyja✭✭✭✭If Ool's offered lead is red, you can't buy it because u have the lead but not dug it out.
If the lead is not red but u can't buy it, then u once dug it out but didn't finish all other leads from this exemplar of the mythic.
So i guess u are missing one (or more) of the other leads for this one. U cannot buy (nor find) a specific lead again until an exemplar of an antiquity is completet."Am Beginn einer jeden Katastrophe steht eine Vermutung."3 -
