[REQUEST] Allow reconnecting to a running ToT match within a given time window

Considering how often we are booted on a random bases from the server and consequently given the probability that this occurs during a ToT match I ask for having after a disconnect the opportunity to rejoin the running match within a certain time window.
Very often I can relog right away but get the game counted as conceded with the obnoxious concede penalty on top of the damage done.
