There is a difference between the Guild Bank and the Guild Store. The Guild Bank is where members can share items. In many guilds, only certain members can access items that are deposited. So everyone can deposit but only some can withdraw. Often these people are designated crafters who then give out the items they craft to guild members who deposit items for the crafters to use. It's also useful for people who have things in their inventory that they won't use and that merchants won't pay gold for. Instead of just destroying the items, they can deposit them for members who would use them.
The Guild Store is where guild members can buy and sell items. You can have a maximum of 30 items for sale in one guild. You have to set the price on your items and pay a deposit fee. If you decide to cancel the listing for any reason, your deposit fee is not refunded. You also only get a certain amount of the profits. I don't know exactly if it is the guild or the game but 25% of the profits do not go to the seller, you only keep 75%.
As for whether or not your items are lost, I'm sure if you have a list of what you put in the Guild Bank, you can contact the guild leader and ask if they can send those items back to you. If they can't do that because the items were already removed for crafting, they would probably be willing to compensate you with some other items. I can't speak for this guild but most of the people in guilds are very helpful and willing to help out. If you explain your dilemma, I'm sure they would be willing to help you.0 -
