I apologize if it was in the article and I missed it somehow, but I think we're missing an explanation of the new costume and it's fragments? I gather that we need to gather "Bolts of Winter Storm Cloth" to create a "New Life Winter Storm Robes costume," but I missed the explicit confirmation of such (or how many bolts we need to collect).

I love that costume so much. I can finally stop using the redguard gala dress as my main's cozy winter outfit and give it to Azandar

No worries, happy to clarify. You will need 15 Bolts of Winter Storm Cloth. These will drop as potential items in the New Life Festival Boxes.
