Vet trial weekly quest coffer change?

Hi I'm on PS NA and I was wondering if the rewards for vet trial have changed. Specifically for the weekly quest coffer. I seem to remember getting purple coffers with perfected gear but lately all my quest coffers have been blue with non perfected gear for veteran trials. Was this changed ? Am I misremembering? Or is it a bug?
