Technically, not all other damage types have a glyph.
There's no generic "Magic" damage one either.
There's absorb magicka, absorb health, and prismatic glyphs for magic damage. They could probably change the absorb health glyph into bleed damage if they arent going to create a new bleed glyph for whatever reason. I think absorb stamina used to be magic damage as well before they changed it to physical damage years ago.
When they changed and rebalanced status effects recently, they should have added a bleed glyph. Like burning used to be by far the strongest status effect. And they changed it to where status effects can be very powerful, but you need to go all in on status effects, not just add burning on top of your existing non-status-effect-focused build. Bleed damage is already one of the less common damage types, and hemorrhaging is weak if you can't stack it, so a bleed glyph would have made sense.
Changing the "Absorb Health" to a bleed would be the most elegant solution, and easiest to do.
Since they rebalanced status effects and made it so hemorrhaging stacks and is best when constantly reapplied, it'd make sense for there to be a glyph for it to easily proc it on repeat. As of now, it's tough to stack bleeds unless you specifically build for it (unlike the other damage types), so it'd be a nice QoL. And thematically, Absorb health fits.
They could also introduce a new runestone, but converting one of the redundant ones might be easier.
