( ps5 Console) Hearts rend earrings not showing on argonian

in the picture, I have them equipped but they do not show up on her head.

however (no picture) when I PREVIEW the item, it does appear and shows how it should look…

pretty please can you fix this? I love these earrings and I cannot use them on any of my argonians.

here are my other toons, equipping the earrings but they do not appear, and I added how it looks when I PREVIEW the earrings…

if it is due to the skins and such, I would still request they be fixed so I (and i think others) can accessorize and use the item the way it was intended…
