Drop rate of Psijic Psion excessively low

I understand that ZOS reduced the drop rate of the ToT reward box style sheets compared to Frandar's Tribute. But that much is really not understandable.
Even with double box drop I managed to only get three pages since the event start and I play for golden daily rewards from Marunji on several characters.

✭✭✭Thats really interesting. I did notice a drop rate bump when going for those Golden Coffers. I notlrmally don't do the quests despite playing thousands of TOT games.
The normal mail ewards for playing have been abysmal and aren't worth it. It makes me wonder if something really is better than nothing.0 -
