SOLUTION: Fix Multi-Monitor Bugs and Improve Performance

This solution will help those who:
a) Are experiencing poor framerate in ESO and want to improve it
or
b) Have multiple monitors, some of which have High DPI (Dots Per Inch) enabled, while some don't, causing the mouse to inaccurately point to UI elements in the ESO window on certain monitors
The solution is:
1. Install BetterDisplay.
2. Click on its icon in the system tray (top of the menu bar).
3. Click on the arrow beneath each monitor to expand the extra options.
4. Make sure HiDPI is OFF.
5. Lower the selected screen resolution until your framerate (FPS) is comfortable for you.
If you don't care about performance, and just want to solve the multi-monitor input bug, you just have to make sure that all your monitors consistently have HiDPI OFF or ON. All ON works just as well as all OFF for input functionality.
The best performance will be felt wth HiDPI turned OFF and using a lower than native screen resolution. For example, if your monitor supports 5K (5120x2880), setting it down to 1440p (2560x1440) or even 1920x1080 will dramatically improve ESO performance.
