kiwi_tea✭✭✭Also, disable Battle Spirit. Also, add landmines. Also, insta-kill 3 random players in each district with an undodgeable 50k dmg meteor every 3 minutes. Also, add a really long PVE fetch quest to the zone that rewards 7 sought-after mounts.
I know I'm being overly conservative with my suggestions, but there's a lot we could do to liven IC up.0 -
