Moon Grave Fane Trifecta Bug

Our group just cleared the MGF trifecta in ~21 minutes; two of our group received the No Death achievement, but none of us received the Trifecta. I recall a fix for this bug being in the patch notes around 2022. Happening again in November 2024.

thepandalore✭✭✭The utter waste of time; spending hours to learn the dungeon and clear the achievement just for the dungeon to bug out and not grant it. There is simply no point for us to re-enter this dungeon until the bug is fixed.Edited by thepandalore on November 29, 2024 5:05AM1
