How does Ulfsild's Contingency work?

Does it proc more than once in the 22 seconds or is it just a delayed skill and that's all?

If you cast it once, it procs on your next skill cast once. So it's delayed. You can recast it to use it as an AoE spammable, once per second except that first second.

You use the skill and then the next time you use an action that costs resources (An ability, Bash, Roll etc) the ability activates.

It does not trigger again until you recast the ability. It is just a regular old AoE ability that has a delay to trigger.

Costing resources is key. Betty netch doesn't proc it because it doesn't cost anything except a gcd

Fun skill in PVP for some burst damage, it also syncs well with procs for the same reason.

Does Shadow Cloak and its morphs proc it if it's already active?
