Prior to the last update I could almost run without kicks from server. I dunno what you have done but it worked for me.

Unfortunately I am back with my daily kick from server after this update (today on error 303 with immediate relog possibility)

I'm assuming it's a network issue, and nothing to do with you being kicked from the server for excessive inputs or addon API calls.

In this case, ESO is horrifically bad at handling packet losses; easily the worst I've ever seen in any live-service game.

Give a gaming VPN a try. There are plenty on the market, such as WTFast, Exitlag, and NoPing, and they should all work the same way by routing your connection through certain servers/nodes to optimize your connection.

I personally highly recommend Mudfish. It's really lightweight, and is very inexpensive. It offers a pay-per-traffic data plan, which may end up costing the most hardcore ESO player at most $2 per month, and in reality should be about $0.5 per month for most players who need it. The only downside to its low cost is that it requires a little bit of technical work to set up properly.
