I've barely been able to play this game since the release of "Golden Pursuits". I suffer from EXTREME lag, lag spikes and rubber banding. I've tried playing other mmo's and they work just fine. It's just ESO that refuses to work, and I don't understand why. My Internet is 1GB, and it's connected through ethernet. I've tried disabling the addons, but it didn't help at all.

This is happening on PC, both NA and EU server. I just don't know what to do, I can't play the game which sucks, because I've spent a lot of money throughout the years on ESO. I need support help.

    It hasn't helped at all. What's weird is that ESO works perfectly on my Xbox, but it's impossible to play on PC. My Internet works just fine, and I've tried disabling all addons, reinstalling the game, but still the same issue. I'm about to give up on the game permanently on PC. :(

    Could be a number of problems, what do you have starting up and running in your taskbar? When was the last time your router was reset/exchanged? Are you on wifi, if so how many other items are on wifi and what is your download rate? I`m on Co x internet and they have a help section to make adjustments in the network adapter. When was the last time you changed the ethernet cable? There several different types of ethernet out, cat5 cat5e cat6 cat7 cat8. I wish it was an easy fix but it is not.

    I've tried every single thing, trust me on that. I've tried on a laptop, and it's the same issue there. I've opened ports, didn't help at all. NOTHING has helped at all no matter if I play on EU or NA-server (I live in Sweden). My Internet provider said that there are no issues on their side. Yesterday was completely unplayable on NA-server for me. I was stuck on 999+ ping the entire time, so I just quit not even having played 5 minutes.

    The problem can't be on my end, it has to be on ZOS's end. Again, the game works perfectly on my Xbox Series X, no matter if it's EU or NA.
