Confirmation Prompts UI Bug (PS5)

Since U44, I've noticed that I am unable to interact with the UI if a confirmation prompt comes up. It used to be the case that these prompts would go into the notifications screen and not impact the current UI. I believe it was either U44 or the launch of Golden Pursuits that introduced this, as that's when I first started experiencing this.
For instance, I was in my skills screen when the random dungeon queue Ready Check prompt triggered. I wasn't aware it triggered, because it never took visual priority. Instead, the existing UI remained in front, but became unresponsive.
Steps to Replicate:
1. Queue for dungeon
2. Open skill screen
3. Trigger dungeon ready prompt
4. Attempt to enter skill points
This behavior also happened if I was in a dialogue with one of my assistants.
Steps to Replicate:
1. Queue for dungeon
2. Open assistant dialogue using Ragpicker
3. Go to deconstruct items using Ragpicker
4. Trigger dungeon ready prompt
5. Attempt to deconstruct items
Another instance, I was in Darkshade caverns and began the quest dialogue to adopt the quest. At the same time, another player in the group adopted the quest and the system auto-shared it. The dialogue box stopped working when the quest sharing confirmation prompt came up.
Steps to Replicate:
1. Enter dungeon where the quest has not been completed
2. Begin quest dialogue
3. Trigger quest sharing prompt
4. Attempt to continue dialogue
In all cases, I had to click the touchpad to get the UI refreshed.
