Ah, Ja'hk is the best. Can you add the cat petting code to them permanently, so we can pet them whenever they show up?

    First time I met him I was able to bend down and pet him. The next time I met him I picked him up and cuddled him like the cat in Gonfalon. You cant see it in first person though, only third person

    Interesting. I successfully petted them the first time, but have tried every time I've seen them since, and haven't been able to. Always in 3rd person.

    Yes... Does he reappear somewhere?
    I noticed a cat (not ghostly) in a place I farm heavy sacks but didn't have a name and I couldn't interact. Could it be it was it? Or have I to look for a ghost cat?

    he appears as parts of Zerith-vars story as you progress

    Ja'kh appears in Zerith's 3rd quest, outside Dune. That's the one I was thinking of when I made the original post.
    I haven't gotten to the 4th quest yet, since I'm on console and it only released on Wednesday.

    Yeah, I'm on console too and today I did the third quest, getting what you meant :)
    It's nice and would be nice to be able to pet it in the future but to be completely honest... Since I've bought a similar cat from the crown store I am now eager to see a "petting pets" function for any pet we have - I love my cat but it's sad I can't cuddle it when it rolls on the floor XD I feel the urge!
    Sure there are many more important things to fix first, but this would be an appreciated add I feel...
