Crafting. Alchemy and Enchanting

I’m having an issue in alchemy where I get the missing items / traits message, even when I have the trait. And it means I don’t get the arrows showing me which item I need. (Image attached).
Similarly with enchanting. It doesn’t give me a “missing items” message but doesn’t show any arrows any more.
Anyone else finding this?
