Ayleid Crystal, Cracked not working properly

Ayleid Crystal, Cracked is tagged as a lighting furnishing. I expect that since it's not toggleable, that it remains on all the time. However, it only remains lit for about 10 seconds after I place it. I've tried moving it, logging out completely and back in, and the only way the crystal lights up again is if I put it back in my bag before placing it down again, and even then, only for several seconds.

The difference between being lit and unlit is pretty obvious, and there isn't supposed to be an 'off' state.2 -
Sbonaker✭✭It seems to be an issue with the new Ayleid light furnishings. Going to check the other variants when I can.
There's a subtle fluctuation in the lights when they're on, I'm assuming there's an animation tied to the glow that's not looping.0
