Queuing for new battlegrounds doesn't work (VIDEO)

So as there is an event on for the new battlegrounds I thought I'd give it a go. Went to queue up, had a full group of 8 of us, then was kicked out of the game for no reason.

Since then, my game has been incredibly slow.

Has anyone else experienced this?

how are you queuing into BGs with 8 in the group?

even the 8v8 queue only allows teams up to 4 max

There was 2 in my group (plus a companion each), I queued us up as group leader, joined (somehow) without the group being full. Then 5 minutes later it kicked us all out.

because its 8v8, its easier for groups of 2 or 3 to get into the queue

if it kicked everyone out after 5 min, then there was 1 slot it was unable to fill for whatever reason (i know there were a lot of issues with this early on after the patch and supposedly those issues have been resolved)

i suppose its still possible that it could be buggy, or it was outside of prime time and couldnt find 16 players in the queue for an 8v8
