Question about Previewing a Crowns-Only House

I should probably know this already, but I want to make sure I understand how it works.

When we preview a house that's available exclusively through the Crown Store, are we looking at the furnished or unfurnished version of it?

The reason I ask is because I was recently previewing the unreleased house in the Rift, which I assume is going to be a Crown Store exclusive, and I was admiring all of the Ouroborous furnishings that have "10-year anniversary" in their names. Will those be part of the normal furnishings that come with the unfurnished version of the house, or are they from the furnished version?

I am assuming those banners and things come with the house, because otherwise it is unfurnished.

Grand Gallery of Tamriel did not have a furnished version on PTS and will likely not be sold for crowns as the patch notes say acquire instead of purchase.

This Notable home can be acquired sometime next year (2025).

When you preview any house, you are previewing the unfurnished version.
You can only preview the furnished version of homes if it's an option, which not all homes have.

The exceptions have been event related homes and open plot homes.

- Kelesan ruhn
- Haven of the Five Companions
- Grand Gallery of Tamriel
didn't have it on PTS so my guess is that it's related to an event next year.

Thank you, that's very interesting! I wonder how early in 2025 it will become available?

If it is an Acquired house if may very well be the Q4 Event morph next year or, considering the anniversary specific decor, it may be related to next year's Anniversary Event in April. We'll just have to wait until the yearly livestream to see if its announced.

My thinking is that if it's already present (i.e., available for preview) in the live game, and was present in the PTS before now, it must be coming out in early 2025.
