Issue with a gifted Crown Store item

So a few weeks ago, a friend of mine gifted me both the Shadow Queen's Labyrinth house and the Haunted Housewares furniture pack. The house I got no problem, the furniture pack I THOUGHT I'd accepted as well.

Except yesterday I decided to finally start using some of the furniture and none of it is anywhere to be found. It's not in any of my characters' inventories, it's not in my bank, it doesn't show up on the list of available furnishings when I go into decor mode in one of my houses. I asked my friend and on his end it isn't showing that it was returned or received or anything, though we don't know if that could be because there's a time limit for how long that stuff is shown.

What we need to figure out is which of us needs to send in a ticket about the matter. He said he can't try to regift it because it's not showing up on his end (since it wasn't returned or anything as far as we can tell). I'm assuming since he's the one who bought it, that means he'll have to send the ticket? Or do I have to because maybe something happened to the pack after I accepted it?

Quick update, my friend said he does remember getting a message that I'd gotten the pack. I just don't have it, or any of the furniture from it, on any of my characters or in my bank.

Go ahead and create a ticket. Zenimax and Kevin just need something to get them started, so they know where to look.

Furniture packs come in a single box, so make sure you're looking for that.

I mostly was just wondering still who exactly they need the ticket from; I'm assuming it's my end given my friend said he's pretty sure he remembers seeing a notification about me receiving it, and I guess it wouldn't hurt to put one in even if he also needs to submit one.

I checked everything and everywhere, no Furnishing pack boxes on any of my characters or in my bank. It's like it just vanished the second I accepted it or something.

@Arunei Please go ahead and send in a ticket, and have your friend send one in too for good measure. To speed up the process, make sure you reference each other's ticket numbers. This way our agents can look at both sides of the issue and check your accounts for the items. You can submit a ticket here.

Just incase you might have missed it the "pack" will be in the Miscellaneous section of your inventory/bank and I found that it didn't show up in a search, took me a while to find the first one I brought

Yeah, my friend mentioned that too. I checked the whole of my characters' inventories and my bank and nada, sadly.
