Minor issues on furniture items (Necrom Archway, Alinor Greenhouse)

Hey,
I encountered the following texture or construction issues on two furnishing items.
Necrom Archway, Stone: Random misaligned texture clipping through. It does not have any depth and appears only on one side of the archway.
Alinor Greenhouse: On two sides the window panes float a couple of centimeters. And yes, I've been looking at these items for waaaay too long in my latest build. That's how I even noticed.
