Zilbash the Deceiver not dropping loot (or his fragment)

Aside from his fragment being misspelled in the achievement for this, Zilbash the Deceiver isn't actually dropping anything from me.
I killed him once last week while going for Plunder Skulls, got nothing, ported away before realising.
I have killed him a few times since then, and every time - nothing. I leave empty handed and have to go elsewhere.
Particularly as both the Event and the fragment drops are not happening - can you look into this?
And no, I'm not farming him, I walk in, ding him once and leave.

Djennku✭✭✭✭✭Are you 100% certain you don't already have this fragment or used it? It's a guaranteed drop the first time you killed him. Make sure it isn't on another character too, this fragment has been available since update 43.
EDIT: also, purple plunder skills have a 5 min cooldown. You sure you didn't kill a boss within that time that shared drops with this one?Edited by Djennku on November 3, 2024 10:44AM@Djennku, PCNA.
