So, an underground passage that I've used freely for ten years is now blocked off. There are a bunch of never-before-seen frost skeletons down there.
I can't find any mention of The Vile Manse in any holiday event postings. Does anyone know what's going on down there, and willing to talk?

Passage has been blocked off for a few years now, and those skeletons have been in that part of the public dungeon for 10 years.@Djennku, PCNA.
