Style Page Rewards from Competitive Battleground wins might be off

I was double checking the patch notes since I thought I was getting the new styles faster than I expected.
The patch notes say that:
Style pages awarded by battleground mailers are limited to one per day. This is separate from the daily quest and other sources that award style pages.
However, I believe I have been getting a style page for every competitive win.
I believe on one of the days I did not get a style page from a purple coffer so it's possible something might be messed up or I might be reading things wrong.
