Is there a scheduled time for this current maintenance to end at all?

if you're talking about the PS/NA megaserver maintenance that's currently ongoing, there is no scheduled time for it to end.

this maintenance is in response to a hardware issue on ZOS's end i believe, since many people came to the forums saying they couldn't log in, got booted or were stuck on a loading screen for PS/NA today. ZOS's response is that they're currently investigating and will notify when things are up and running again.
