Crafting Bag Reset on U44

A few days before I talked with a friend about Violet Coprinus and Mudcrab Chitin for the crafting dailies.
I knew back then, I had about 400 Chitin and about 50 Corpinus in my crafting bag.
Today I was trying to do my very first alchemy dailies on the new patch.
When I was asked to bring those ingredients, my crafting bag had exactly zero of them.
I am sure those were reset during the patch and would urge everyone to search their bag.
Has some resource stache mysteriously depleted on your end?
Can someone confirm similar issues?
