Any Battlemaster Tokens yet?

I did several bg quest and won about half of my bgs. I did ranked 4v4 ans a lot of 8v8 but not a single dropped for me.

Currently it only drops from the win matches battleground daily. Not sure about the daily purple boxes though.

It's only dropping from the Win Match BG daily and they're awarded along side the coffer you earn. Unfortunately, the daily purple coffers that you get for your first win of the day do not appear to have them.

Wait. So these tokens that we need 30 of only drop from specific daily quests and not from all of them? And on top of that I can’t even get a BG to fill before the game kicks me due to a lack of players. Tried multiple times now and every time it’s just a waste of time.

I’d be annoyed but honestly it’s hilarious how bad this is.

It's the new version of To the Victor that rewards it.

Patch notes says this:

In addition, all containers will contain:

Any battlegrounds style item.

A Battlemaster Token, a new item earned in battlegrounds used in conjunction with Alliance Points to purchase new collectibles at the Battleground Supply Merchant.

Which containers? Because prior to this it lists new reward tiers for green, blue and purple coffers. Those containers?

And also will these be like the Siege or Cyrodiil merits and Gladiator Proofs, one per day per account?

Yes. You can only earn one per day per account, just like the Siege of Cyrodiil and Gladiator proofs.

None for me either - guess one more glitch to add to this wonderfully annoying patch. If you know the only incentive for one to play what one does not want to play are rewards, can't you at least make sure that system works!?

I'm at 4. I cycle through the quests (take then drop) from the battle master until I get the one that is to Win a battleground. The others do not give a token. Really annoying.

OH I see because um this is really obnoxious?? I want a single motif style and I have to get 10 tokens just to get it... It's so much grinding for such a little thing and if you're not very good at the battlegrounds it's not very fun... I'm trying to learn mind you, but it's really frustrating how the rewards are not that worth it. (Though I really want those Alyied motfis, but i've got to way that with how much time I'm wanting to put into this....)

The "Win a Battleground" quest does give a token with 1 win. My question is, since you can stack this quest up to 3 wins before turning it in, does it give more tokens when at 3 wins compared to 1 win?

It only gives one token no matter the number of wins as long as you get one.

that seems really really poor if only 1 of the dailies gives the token

any of the IC dailies give those tokens, or any of the cyro conquest quests give tokens, so why does BG dailies only give tokens for 1 specific daily?

Don't forget you can accept and cancel each daily until you get the one you want and you only need 1 win to qualify for a token. It's not that big of an ask.

Another classic secret currency that you can only get from 1/3 daily quests. Arbitrary rules you only find out by reading wikis, forums, or by happenstance. It's called ESO, but it's esoteric is what it is.

Well I'm glad I saw this thread today. I did my first new BG yesterday, won, got two coffers (from queuing and one in the mail, I guess?), found no token anywhere in my inventory or currency tab, was extremely confused, found only one article online that described the new system and rewards, realized I forgot to pick up a daily quest before I queued, and then wasn't sure what daily I was supposed to pick up since the article talked about getting wins and the one it gave me was for participating in 5 matches.

This is not a well thought out system.
