Game crash after U44 update

The game crashes immediately after I click 'play'.
Why would this happen? Everything is fine the day before.
I repair the game and crashes still happen.
I can't play the game after the U44 maintenance.

I try and it doesn't work.
Finally find out it's reshade that cause crashing after U44.
Why this update don't allow me to use reshade?0
