Alchemy and Enchanting crafting not working properly after update 44

liliub17_ESO✭✭✭Alchemy writs broken on NA PC. Cannot do - says I'm lacking the traits or ingredients ........ but they're all there and had no troubles before this.1 -
Gingaroth✭✭✭I'm sorry to say, the writs are partially broken again for me too.
So far, I haven't been able to discover any pattern in the when of why.
Sometimes the enchantment writ works and the alchemy one doesn't. Sometimes it's the other way around.
Sometimes EU works and NA doesn't. Sometimes it's the other way around.
Sometimes the writs work for my master crafter, but not on a crafter in training, sometimes the other way around.
Sometimes they all work perfecty again, sometimes none of them do.
The only problem I haven't encountered so far is the level indicator on runes mentioned earlier by DarkD3athAng3l.1
