[Bug] - Stuck Potion Cooldown.

My potion cooldown gets stuck while using the Seeker Synthesis set.
Porting to a different zone / IC seems to fix the issue, but the potion will get stuck again randomly when engaging in combat, making it's cooldown freeze.
