High Disk Usage

Standing still in Rimmen I was noticing some hiccups on performance with stutters. When analyzing what was causing it I noticed the CPU was spiking higher than normal as well as the Disk Usage. At times over 100 MB/s which is really high for a game that should already be loaded in and not downloading, transitioning to new areas, or loading anything in. On average the game is 0-0.1MB/s and only goes up if there is a download in the background.
Not sure what the game is trying to access but it is becoming noticeable and causing performance issues.
