And yes, dragons are not well modelled in ESO. Their heads are just badly made. Like a wooden head with a moving jaw from a puppet. Reminds me always of this https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x54p8fy
I don't see why not. Players flying and players riding dragons are from previous Elder Scroll games.
ES3 Morrowind allowed the player to fly.
ES5 Skyrim allowed the player to ride a dragon.

Those are single player games so it’s different. I think it comes down to memory issues and also needing time for things to load in.
Now you PROBABLY could do something similar to that Dragon Skeleton pet that glides, make the mount do that… glide barely off the ground and at the same speed as a regular mount. That COULD be possible but I still don’t see it happening.
we already have 4 legged lizard mounts. I love dragons but that's probably what we would get. For actual flying mounts, the current engine can't handle flying mounts like other mmos can
