Crashing constantly when loading window is not closed

So one of my besties just uninstalled the game. Many of us are crashing 9 times an hour.
One of the problems seems to be the loading window at the start of the game not being closed while the game is running.
That's the one with the crown store advertisements etc on it.
Also -the help menu for when your crown furnishes purchases DO NOT ARRIVE WHILE CROWNS ARE TAKEN directs you to open inventory and click on the item.
Which is not there, so impossible to click on and impossible to submit the report.
And no, it's not in the little box -ran addons (because ESO does not have any system of locating items) to verify as well.
