Jewellery Traits and Research

LootAllTheStuff
I seem to be stuck missing the final three traits when it comes to researching jewellery. Are these locked behind either jewellery crafting level or access to specific DLCs, or are they just exceedingly rare drops?

Is it Triune and Infused as two of them?

Triune = Dawn Prism trait stone only available via PVP Merchants for AP or in Guild Stores.

Infused = Auric Amber only drops from Psijic Portals(you need the Psijic Skill line to see the portals which can appear instead of runestone nodes) and also frequently drops one grain at a time rather than a full stone! Also available in Guild Traders. :)
    When people say to me........
"You're going to regret that in the morning"
I sleep until midday cos I'm a problem solver!

Some items will only drop from certain activities.

Triune can drop from pvp rewards
Swift can drop from jewel writs rewards
    Bloodthirsty from trials iirc

To be honest the best way to research would be to buy some of these from a guild trader. They won’t/shouldnt cost a lot

Can't remember specifically which ones, but the last three on the list when you're at a crafting bench and chose the Research option.

And yes, sounds like my best bet is trading. Which reminds me: I have a bunch of Master Crafting Writs I can't actually do because I don't have the DLC for the required styles...

Here’s the last three traits in the research list and how to get the trait material:

Swift (Guilding Wax) – Rarely found from Jewelry Crafting Writs. Can also be bought for writ vouchers from Rolis Hlaalu (the guy you turn master writs in to).

Harmony (Dibellium) – Rarely acquired in Undaunted chests.

Bloodthirsty (Slaughterstone) - Rarely found as rewards for weekly trials quests.

As mentioned above, you can also buy them from guild traders.
PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo

Jewelry from loot drops will almost always be Arcane, Healthy, or Robust. I've picked up several "Exemplary Infused," "Exemplary Swift," and maybe an "Exemplary Protective" from daily crafting writs, but occasionally from Psijic Portals, I think. Exemplary pieces can only be sold to NPCs (500g, I think), used for trait research, or sold through guild traders for whatever someone is willing to pay; they can't be deconned.

I had to get Triune stuff from another player, but it should also drop from board missions in Cyrodiil. I don't mess around with PvP very much, so I'm pretty sure I bought a ring and a necklace through a guild trader for my first character and then used that character made them for others to research. If I'm thinking about it, I'll buy Dawn-Prism from the War Researchers in Cryodiil (got little other use for AP) but usually just buy it from guild traders.

Jewelry in Harmony (and Dibellium, I think) can be included in loot from Undaunted Pledges or from daily random dungeon rewards, but otherwise will probably need to come from another player. Jewelry in Bloodthirsty (and Slaughterstone) can be picked up as loot from Trials.

For Swift, you buy Gilding Wax from Rolis Hlaalu for writ vouchers; for Protective, you get Titanium as a secondary material when mining Jewelry nodes; for Infused, you'll get Aurbic Amber (usually grains, but sometimes whole mats) from Psijic Portals.
I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.

There are also three quests that grant jewelry rewards with less common traits:
    1. Path of the Hidden Moon (N. Elsweyr) Swift Ring
    2. Reformatory Rescue (The Deadlands) Protective Necklace
    3. Uxark's Treasure (The Deadlands) Triune Ring

If you have access to these DLC the quests provide an alternate way to obtain the trait for research. Mythics can also be researched for the trait:

    Bloodthirsty Trait
    1. Belharza's Band (Ring)
    2. Death Dealer's Fete (ring)
    3. Malacath's Band of Brutality (Ring)
    4. [Markyn Ring of Majesty (Ring)
    5. Ring of the Pale Order (Ring)
    6. Shapeshifter's Chain (Necklace)
    infused Trait
    1. Oakensoul (Ring)
    Swift Trait
    1. Ring of the Wild Hunt (Ring)
    2. The Saint and the Seducer (Necklace)
    Protective Trait
    1. Sea-Serpent's Coil (Necklace)
    Triune
    1. Torc of the Last Ayleid King (Necklace)
    2. Torc of Tonal Constancy
