Anyone else encountering this?

I am unable to log in today. I logged in yesterday, and it is well past maintenance period. I get a message like "username or password may be incorrect or account may be inactive". But I can use the same credentials to log into my account on the web, which work, and show remaining paid days.

    Replying to myself as I don't see a way to edit my post. I am in now after changing my password. Weird that I didn't get a notification that my password had expired or anything, and it had worked on the web with no notification, but at least it is fixed.

    I also have this issue but changing my password did not work, I was wondering if I should make a new thread or just respond to this one but my ticket number is 241015-001150
