Locked skill on a lvl 50 class tree and over 1400 cp character

I've got a skill that I have spent skill points on but now it's locked and I can't buy it back or change morph.

Please fix this because I want to change the morph but it's stuck. I don't know if anyone else encountered this bug or not and this is my only character that has this bug. I believe it's been since skill styles where released but not entirely sure.

    It would help immensely if you specified what you're talking about and possibly provided a screenshot.

    I can make an educated guess that this is about Assassin's Blade for the Nightblade. Since they moved Veiled Strike from the Shadow skill line to Assassination and thus pushed Assassin's Blade to be the third skill in that skill line rather than the first, the skill and its morph options have been a bit bugged. The skill retained its current rank, but it also retained its XP value, which means that since it is now a 3rd skill rather than a 1st skill, the game thinks it doesn't have enough XP to be morphed.

    because they are on a different "tier", it requires a different amount of xp to rank up

    it shouldnt block you from using the skill, but if you say wanted to remorph the skill you would have to re-level the base skill

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
