I've had no problems on PC EU today, as usual, so I wonder if it's down to where you're playing from and network routing. I play from the UK through VM ISP.

Been playing all day on PC EU no issues and currently location is Colorado USA

You logged back in too fast. Give it 5-10 mins to boot you off the server before trying again. 9 times out of 10 that fixes it. Also, for the future, wait a couple mins after getting kicked/disconnected before attempting o log in again, as that usually curcumvents the issue.

Also a tip: if you are in contact with a friend or guildie out of game who can tell you when your toon gets logged out/kicked offline, they can tell you when it's ok to log back in again.
