Which blackreach/server do you mean? Do you play EP yourself or just imagine from view of other faction?
Blackreach PC EU was outnumbered and without PuGs for years and without PuGs despite outnumbering other factions for 2 month now and PC NA is still outnumbered. For me it seems like most of EP is ungrouped even when zerging

Sorry, I don't get it. Are you saying everyone in EP groups up when someone types "x to group"?

Before I clicked on the video I was expecting it to be about how EP has 1 bar while the other two alliances are pop-locked.

That's usually my experience on DC, anyway-- DC is at 1 bar, EP is at 2, while AD is pop-locked and is gate-camping the entire map, making anyone from the non-AD alliances feel like it's pointless to try to do anything since any efforts to capture keeps and resources is quickly squashed by AD (which leads to the invariable threads about why ZOS needs to do something about night-capping).

It was mostly just a positive spin on how I feel whilst playing alongside friends in Blackreach lol. It has its problems but I generally have a really good time
