Casual matches: URGENT explanation about reason for a concede penalty needed

To be honest: The stupid and futile penalty imposed on me when conceding a CASUAL (C.A.S.U.A.L.) match enrages me FAR FAR more than any lost game.
Please for your client's sanity sake: REMOVE that darn concede penalty for casual matches.
I will concede IRRESPECTIVE anyhow. The ONLY thing that YOU, ZOS, achieve by maintaining this time penalty upon conceding is to make me ANGRY.
If I could play another match right after the lost match I could much easier put away with having had bad RNG in the sense R.N.G. because that is to what ToT boils down.
You cannot beat a deck that is bad for you and good to your opponent whatever you try to convince me.
