Looking for a PvE/PvP Guild in Ebonheart Pact

Hello all. I am currently looking for a guild to call home. Here is a little background on myself.
I enjoy all aspects of the game. I have experience in helping run guilds. I was a Guild leader and a guild commander for "WvW" on another game. The guild i was in on the other game decided they didnt want to come to ESO. So instead of trying to start a guild knowing no one, i am willing to help a guild that has already started up.
A few things i am looking for in a guild.
First off i want to be apart of a guild that is here to play the game and enjoy it. I do not want to be apart of any drama. I know it comes and goes. Less drama more enjoying the game.
I want to be apart of a well organized group of players when i go into the PvP. I do not want to be apart of a "mindless zerg." Either taking control of supplies, keeps and whatever else we can do or sitting and helping defend a keep. It would be nice to be apart of something. I have Teamspeak 3 and mumble so either or for voice communications.
I also want to be able to have a group of people that enjoy the PvE side of the game. I want to be apart of groups that go dungeon running and such.
If any of this looks appeasing to anyone please let me know. I look forward to see everyone in game
