I purchased the 14000 Crown Gift package on October 7, 2024 but did not receive the package at that time, which surprised me. I quit the game and then logged in and didn't receive any gift packs. I was very upset and didn't know why. About a dozen hours later, I logged in again to find that the crown package I bought had been received. It was a false alarm. I hope the ESO team and the EPIC team can work closely together.
