Dynamic Population Queues

The problem:
Zergs flow from campaign to campaign with no penalty. They cap the map from alliances with less than 8x their numbers gating the other alliances then they leave the campaign for the next.

Suggestion:
To keep the non-population locked campaign's population equally distributed there needs to be queue times or some sort of barrier to entry. For example, if the number of any given alliance is 3x greater than the population of the others than a queue time needs to be put in place to slow the growth of the Zergs.

Another solution would be to get rid of a campaign to consolidate populations.

There are too many bad players in this game that just alliance swap to red in order to outnumber their opponents 8:1. Getting zerged down by a massive army of tanks and healers is not fun.

We asked for this 100's of time. Equal populations or as @Agrippa suggested, populations equal within 1 - 3 players.

They are NEVER going to do it. The only solution is if you log in to a 4/2/1 or 1/4/2 etc. And you are on the low end of the population, just accept the map is not playable. It's also not playable for the 4's. A few days ago AD took Arius with 4/2/1 and I left in front of a small zerg. And got 2 tells crying they were able to get the kill 150 done. I looked and it was only like 7 EP deaths and the bar dropped to one. A zerged map is not fun for anyone.

But ZOS will NEVER balance the population.
