Some Costumes could use a trim

I get bothered when skirts and dresses in this game end with a straight/flat Hem, especially when the Costume is layered, some of them seem extra and unnecessary. Why not get a little fancy with the angles? The Moonlit Cove Sojourner's Wraps is one of my favorites, so I decided to do a little snip snip.

Rimmen Fountain-Side Loungewear is shorter, though it like every other skirt in-game has a straight hem so maybe zos avoids an angled hem intentionally.

I think some costumes could do with a snip, but I actually prefer that one with the straight bottom, as it makes me think of wrapping a skirt sari style

Sometimes I miss the advanced costume system in ESO.
Like split each costume to a few parts and allow players to choose which part is visible or not.
Something close to the outfit with its "hide hat, hide shoulders" options, but for costume.

I hope that would allow to wear Ancestral Homage Formal Gown without heck and shoulders, and Master Field Cartographer costume without backpack for example.

I think they will not change that as some might love the costumes as they are.

But there is hope for you that they hear you for future new costumes with a skirt. I cross my fingers for you.

Yes. And outfit styles too. It's incredibly annoying that you can't get a coherent look across styles and costumes.

There is a skirt with a bias cut (is that the word?).

It was an event offering, has a flowery cut off top to go with it, strappy sandals, no idea of the name.

It sticks out like it's got a frame under it, to my eye anyway.

Same. I agree with the premise but the example in the OP is not one I'd agree on. I think it looks nicer with a straight hem for the same reason.

I would like to see them experiment more with the cuts on women's dresses and skirts though.

Given how much blood or treasure is costs to get the Timbercrow Wanderer costume, it is really a frustrating big deal to see this defect ignored.

I absolutely hate backpacks, which is a shame because I like a lot of those outfits otherwise.

That’s the Second Seed style. I agree the skirt looks stiff... always loved the top and sandals though.

Or at least make a Timbercrow Hunter version with realistic undergarments that are aesthetic and conform to the laws of physics. Leave the Timbercrow Wanderer version for those who enjoy RPing the granny panty/diaper/shaved derriere vibe.

At least, they fixed body shape changing with that Rimmen Fountain-Side Loungewear. Or.... at least on khajiits Or maybe only on my acc

Anyway Timbercrow is dissaster...
Almalexias outfit is way more revelating but it is okay. C'mon game is rated M in most countries and pegi18! in the EU.

There was never anything in the patch notes about it. And I haven't bothered trying it on since.

This year I noticed fix about that. But skirt still have some issues.
So yes, they partially fix that dress.

Ofc, but last year was bigger problem body shape changing. And about skirt yes I said that it have issues, I noticed it when I saw it this year. I first noticed floating buckle or how to say that jewel on waist. But floating things on outfits and motifs are emm standart, floating thing around waist and floating weapons.

Edit: remember, just for clarification, that my comparsion is from Jan 2023 (before fix) and argonian screens are from today (after fix)
