How difficult is wayrest sewers I on veteran?

I'm trying to get the slimecraw head, but I've never done any veteran content before so I'm not sure if I'm ready. Does anyone know how difficult vet wayrest I is compared to other normal dungeons?

wayrest 1 is one of the easiest dungeons in the game (even on vet compared to other vet dungeons)

obviously everything hits harder, but for most seasoned players they could probably easily solo it

basically if you queue for it, your 99% chance guaranteed to clear it with other players

I'm assuming you have run WR1 on normal and are comfortable doing that. If not, I'd do that before attempting vet.

If so, however, you should be able to run WR1 on vet. I've found (as a healer) that the final boss fight is the biggest challenge. More so on hard mode and every pug I've healed on vet always pops the hard mode scroll. She has a quick double attack that happens too quickly to effectively burst heal through and it can readily kill most dd's. I normally lose a dd during that final fight in hm but have never had a wipe there.

Last time I ran it on vet was to help a guildie get Slimecraw so we had a group with voice but no tank. Still managed to finish and, between the four of us, got our guildie all three weights of the helm in one run.
