From the rewards box from the Gold Road event. You should be able to claim the rewards in the Crown Store, I think; I haven’t collected mine yet so I’m not sure of the details.

I agree! Just like I said in the other thread, I wish they weren’t bound because the hubby doesn’t need his and I could use them. Unbound ones could be given to guild houses too.
