LC First Boss Bug - Pads Malfunctioning

Just pulled boss 1; it despawned immediately twice. Once it spawned properly, the pads behind it remained active, but only on one side; while I was stacking adds it ported me to the other side and then wouldn't let me port back (not during the Bleak Annihilation mech so this was unintentional).
