Gold road is not showing up for me as being on sale on PlayStation

I don't see any additions of the Gold road upgrade being on sale. The elder scrolls website is advertising that it's 50% off but neither the deluxe or regular upgrade is off. It even gave the dates of when the discount is active for Gold road which included PlayStation and mentioned it. By some chance is the sale not going on for people located in certain regions?

It shows as being on sale when I look it up in the Playstation Store.

What region are you in? It's possible it's a region thing.

Update: Iam in Canada. Logged into gf's ps account and it was on sale ( Canadian account as well). I have had a number of issues in the past regarding purchases for eso. Sony doesn't like it when you travel abroad with your console and play from a foreign location for long periods ( I lived in the states for a few months ).

Unfortunately the discount will not be offered to my account. I went ahead and purchased it anyways at full price.

For feedback: there needs to be a consideration to enable cross progression/transfers or something that enables customers to leave a platform they believe they are being abused on. As it stands for me : no promotional prices, no eso plus ( previous issue Sony support had relating to my dual nationality), stuck with paying only gift cards. I wonder how many other users had the same issue ( I wonder how many quit because of tough restrictions from their platforms)
