I figure, if we've got the key harp, with its...interesting sound, and the handpan, which wasn't invented until 2007, then surely a concertina is within the realm of possibility. It makes so much sense: a portable, collapsible, adventure-friendly instrument with lots of character and musical variety. Beloved by sailors and travelers of all kinds, it would add some fun variety to the musician emotes some of us really love.
