Gold Road sale before Fallen Leaves of West Weald event?

West Weald event starts tomorrow and would like to purchase Gold Road so I don't miss out on it. Generally chapters have been put on sale for these types of things - but I'm not seeing it this time. Will there be a sale?
Also, when I go to check prices by using the "Buy Now" button, it takes me the purchase page, I make my selection (Gold Road, Xbox, US, Upgrade) and I click on the link to the Microsoft Store - and it takes me to the Gold Road add-in page, NOT the product purchase page (which I then have to search for).

Also, I don't know if it's a good idea to buy it now or wait for an official sale until the end of the event.0 -
